In collaboration with our good friend John, wine expert and owner of The Flying Cork wine shop on St. Cuthbert’s St, we’re launching a special video series that takes your pizza nights to the next level. John has selected the perfect wine pairings to complement some of your favourite pizzas from our menu, and we can’t wait for you to explore these flavour combinations.

Yes we do! We’re looking for an awesome driver to deliver our delicious pizzas to our fantastic customers : )

Days: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Times: from 5pm to 9pm

If you:

Have the eyes of an owl and can zone in on house numbers in total darkness (night vision a plus).

Can find house numbers using divine intuition, a crystal ball, or a combination of investigative work including, but not limited to, compiling info from wheelie bins, adjacent houses and garden ornaments (gnomes/windmills/solar lights).

Have the willingness to drive when others wouldn't venture outside, but still expect you to deliver in record time.

Can actually get Google to recognise your voice, so when you say "18 Station Road, Bedford" it doesn't return the trains departure times.

Are naturally calm and do not panic when you are looking for number 56, but the last house in that road is number 54.

Can squeeze through the eye of a needle when driving.

Have creative parking skills.

Welcome the dough balls!

Who doesn’t like dough balls?

So we thought this week we would give it a go. Mozzarella and Garlic oil to start with and then if you feel really adventurous we may add some Nduja to give it a kick!

The perfect addition to your pizza delivery or just something to nibble while watching TV.

As far as we know there aren’t many pizzeria in Bedford serving dough balls and This Wed and Thu you can try a portion for free, by adding “dough balls” to your order at check out. £25 minimum spend required.

We are super excited to introduce ourselves as the new owners of Etna Pizza on The Broadway/Foster Hill Road.

We have taken over from previous owner Dom & can’t wait to show you what we can do!

We are passionate about pizza, for us it’s the taste of happiness & we love to share it!

Quality is where it all starts from & this means sourcing the freshest, best ingredients from both local & Italian producers. Our dough recipe has been crafted over many years… a combination of Italian 00 & stoneground English wholemeal. This makes for a lighter, easily digestible dough that lets our toppings sing.
